They now are doing an aluminum oil pan so go in under warranty and make the dealer replace it with the aluminum one
Folks are finding the aluminum pan is not a direct replacement. There is something different with the oil pickup. Still can upgrade on your own... Just need more parts to make it work.
Took mine in for quick lube at the Dealer, they told me there was a leak and the seal needed to be replaced, but I had to make an appointment with the regular maintenance team, not quick lube. I did, they got me in the next week. Changed the seal. Says I am good to go. I was pissed I paid for a oil change just to have another oil change a week later. I didn't have to pay anything for the repair. They clearly should have a full recall for everyone to get it fixed at this point.
