I just picked up a new 2018 and I am debating on sending it to Texas for the 600 velociraptor package from Hennessey. Has anyone on the site pulled the trigger and is it worth it compared to the other aftermarket options out there? Also what are you seeing for mpg numbers? I am mainly a city driver and don’t want to be getting 10 mpg. Any updates from actual owners appreciated.

Haven't heard anyone from here going the Hennessy route. Their track record isn't the best lately...

Yeah I have been reading some of the other posts and think I might just enjoy her stock. I had no idea that they were having so many problems. I always thought one of the reasons to spend the extra money for the “name” was to get the dependability with factory approval. Seems I was way off!

please drive your truck off a cliff, or give it away to charity before you send it to Hennethief. There are bunch of reputable places to give your money to that will do the right thing for you. Where you located, there might be a good shop near you.

Mod it out yourself and get the same gains and mods that will look better and perform as well with warranty backing than Hennessey.

Hennessy is cool if want them to charge you 15k for a whipple kit with a full race intercooler ... they just use other brand parts they don’t develop shit on their own then charge crazy money for it. For some reason the car mags are in bed with him

Doesn't seem like it would drive very well.

I agree with the guys, Ford did a great job with the truck from factory, plus part of the fun is to do the mods yourself.
